News and Events | The Wee Man

 

Carnaby International are delighted to announce that principal photography is now complete on 'The Wee Man', based on the biography of reformed hood Paul Ferris.  It is the true story about his life as an ordinary young kid with decent, hardworking parents, brought up in the notorious area of Black Hill, Glasgow and his journey through his teenage years to manhood.  The film is directed by Ray Burdis ('The Krays').

 

Hollywood star John Hannah ('Four Weddings and a Funeral') stars alongside rising star Martin Compston ('Sweet Sixteen', 'The Monarch of the Glen'), Patrick Bergin ('Patriot Games'), Rita Tushingham ('A Taste Of Honey', 'Doctor Zhivago'), Stephen Cole ('High Times'), Denis Lawson ('Local Hero'), Laura McMonagle ('River City') and Clare Grogan ('Gregory's Girl', 'Red Dwarf').
